Metal Stamping Services
At YONGLIHO Machinery, we offer high quality, custom precision metal stamping for parts and components in many industries including Aerospace, Electronics, and Medical. We start with a custom design for your project, accounting for even the smallest features and tightest tolerances, and build stamping dies in-house. We will ensure that your part will be manufactured to your exact specifications and to the highest quality standards.
Metal Stamping-Stamping is a forming process that relies on presses and dies to apply external forces to materials such as plates, strips, tubes and profiles to produce plastic deformation or separation to obtain workpieces of the required shape and size (stamped parts). The blanks for stamping are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips. Thanks to the use of precision dies, workpieces can be produced with micron-level precision and with high repeatability and uniformity of specifications, allowing for the stamping of holes and bosses, etc.
Stamped parts are generally commonly used in various industries such as automotive, aerospace and medical to provide a variety of customised parts. Stamped metal parts are an effective and affordable way to meet the requirements for high volume manufacturing of customised metal parts.
Types of Stamping We Offer
Depending on the specific needs of your project, we have a wide variety of different types of metal stamping, including:

Metal Stamping Process
The metal stamping process is a metal processing method based on the plastic deformation of metal, using a die and stamping equipment to apply pressure to the sheet to produce plastic deformation or separation of the sheet to obtain mechanical parts with a certain shape, size, performance and precision tolerances. The metal stamping process can be specifically divided into:
This is one of the most common metal stamping processes. Manufactured using a single die, the strip is fed smoothly into the die press, where it is cut, punched or bent in different positions. The result is the creation of your customised part. This is one of the most economical types of stamping. More metal parts can be produced with greater precision in a shorter period of time.
This is a relatively complex process dedicated to the production of deep drawing of various strip metals. Deep drawing involves drawing a metal slab into a die by means of a punch to shape it. When the depth of the drawn section exceeds its diameter, the process is known as deep drawn metal stamping
Multi-slide means that several slides are used to process the sheet metal. This process is relatively complex and is generally used to produce more complex metal parts, offering versatility for more complex parts, more flexibility for design changes, etc.
Features Of Metal Stamping
- Stamped parts have high dimensional accuracy and the same moulded parts are uniform in size. They can meet the general assembly and use requirements without further mechanical processing.
- Cold stamped parts are generally not subject to any cutting process or require only a small amount of cutting process.
- In the stamping process, the surface of the material is not damaged, so it has good surface quality and a smooth and beautiful appearance, which provides convenient conditions for surface painting, electroplating, phosphating, powder spraying and other surface treatment.
- Stamped parts are manufactured by stamping on the premise that the material is not consumed much. The parts are light in weight and have good stiffness, and after the plastic deformation of the sheet, the internal structure of the metal is improved, so that the strength of the stamped parts is increased.
- Compared with castings and forgings, stamped parts have the characteristics of thinness, uniformity, lightness and strength. Stamping can produce workpieces with reinforcing bars, ribs, undulations or flanges that are difficult to manufacture by other methods, in order to improve their rigidity.
Customized metal stamping parts
Yonglihao Machinery specialises in the production of components for hundreds of aerospace, automotive, electronics, military, green technology and industrial customers. The presses produce simple and complex shapes using our own tooling and dies produced by our tooling department. We select only the highest quality materials for our stamped parts, and each part undergoes a rigorous quality control assessment before it leaves our manufacturing facility.
